M.Video and Eldorado are the largest consumer electronics and home appliance retail chains in Russia, united under one group. The company trains thousands of employees across the country.

The existing learning tools were fragmented, and the user experience was inconsistent.

The task was to design a unified, modern learning platform where education feels inspiring rather than obligatory.

To validate hypotheses, we used Maze.co testing with interactive prototypes (from wireframes to high-fidelity designs).

We analyzed:

Based on the findings, we refined user flows and simplified the structure of sections.

Additionally, we conducted A/B testing of five visual concepts. Participants rated each by modernity, technological feel, and lightness.

The final version received the highest scores across all metrics and became the foundation of the project’s visual language.

This allowed the company to maintain a consistent visual style and scale the platform faster without compromising design quality.

UI Design and Component System

Created a UI kit and design system uniting course cards, filters, panels, and typography.

The styling was inspired by media platforms — the familiar Netflix-like logic made the learning process more intuitive and visually engaging.

For internal teams, I developed a   of over 100 slides: cover pages, text blocks, infographics, charts, illustrations, and mockups.
